Question aside, the Suicune is the best graded copy from BGS population report. 12 copies graded at Gem Mint 9.5, and the only one with all subs at minimum 9.5 subgrade, and one sub at a 10 subgrade.
Neo era cards are known to have printline, and also corner nicks and silvering (the latter sets such as Revelation and Destiny were more prone to such defects). To score anything beyond a 9 is considered pretty remarkable.

1. Regrade the 1st Edition Shadowless Venusaur to PSA 9, or buy a new PSA 9 1st Edition Venusaur
2. Obtain a PSA8/PSA9 1st Edition Shadowless Charizard(preferably a 9 to complete the entire suite of 1st edition holo 9)
3. Obtain a BGS 9.5 shadowless Blastoise
I would say #2 is probably the harder to achieve for now, but it`s difficult to predict for anything that happens in life!
