How to submit?
- Prepare your cards in their respective sleeves and toploaders/card savers.
- Cards must minimally be sleeved, and either toploaded or in card savers.
- Retrogen recommends to use loose penny sleeves instead of tight fitting sleeves for the ease of the entire grading process.
- Once you are ready, contact the site admin before-hand and either
- Drop off your cards at our drop-off/collection point, OR
- Mail your cards to our drop-off/collection point.
- The monthly submission deadline is the last Monday of the month. All submissions should be handed over or shipped before Monday. Cards will then be entered into the Grading Companies websites and then shipped within the week itself.

- Card drop-off/collection point

- The Site Admin will contact each submitter once the cards have returned from the respective grading companies. Submitters can choose either of the following
- Self collection of your graded cards at our drop-off/collection point, OR
- Mailing of your graded cards to you, up to $6 local mailing.
- For cards that are determined not suitable for grading during pre-grading, the items will be kept and not submitted until all your cards have returned from the submission. They will then be returned together to you.
